Herdade da Malhadinha Nova is a luxurious farmhouse at the heart of the Baixo Alentejo. This family project boasts 450 hectares of land with vineyards surrounding it.
The estate offers unique suites and villas across six housing units - some with their own pools. The influence of the countryside is apparent in the items crafted by artisans, such as handcrafted chairs, willow, stones, and marble from the surrounding region.
These pieces are displayed alongside designer furnishings from Portugal and worldwide, including Olaio, Vista Alegre, Marcel Wanders, and Alvar Aalto. Additionally, there are bathroom fixtures, bathtubs from Agape, and lighting options designed by Philippe Starck, Charles & Ray Eames, and Mariano Fortuny.
The estate's spa offers a range of services, such as a hot tub, a hammam, massages, and therapies from around the world. Malhadinha's culinary concept is based on signature cooking by Michelin-starred chef Joachim Koerper, using organic produce grown on the estate.
