Noah Surf House
From the same owners as Areias do Seixo, Noah Surf House is an eco-surf house offering eight rooms and 13 bungalows, all facing the Atlantic.
Noah Surf House offers a variety of activities to complement the surfing experience, including yoga, Liquid Balance, Pilates, stretching, skateboarding, longboarding, trekking, surfboard shaping workshops, and SUP.
We thoroughly enjoyed breakfast at Vermelho. Highlights included the array of Portuguese and French pastries that were brought to your table and the perfectly cooked a-la-carte eggs. Breakfast was delicious but also beautifully arranged, featuring tableware from Vida Dura.
Elisabeth Lincot's installation, Lagrima de Loros, graces an exterior hearth at Vermelho with glazed and colourful ceramic bird heads.

The eight rooms and 13 bungalows are uniquely decorated with an eclectic mix of repurposed and upcycled furnishings. The attention to detail is evident throughout, with recovered storage lockers as decorative pieces, plumbing pipes transformed into innovative lamps, and repurposed water deposits serving as cosy fireplaces near the reception area.
The infinity swimming pool at Noah Surf House provides a sea view and is heated by solar panels from April to September. The hotel’s restaurant blends Portuguese and international cuisine, using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients, including those from the hotel's organic garden.

If you want to check out some of Portugal’s surfing hotspots (with some of the best surfing in Europe) head to Ericeira or Peniche, both around 30-minute drive from Areias do Seixo. To eat, in Ericeira we recommend Furnas and in Peniche we like Tasca do Joel.
